Swaystairs Software does not collect any information about app usage, or about the user.
- request permission to access your photographs the first time you add a photo to an item
- use the network to
- access detailed help pages
- access web pages to associate with an exercise
- if you send EMail to support@swaystairs.com via any of the links in the help text, the draft EMail will include
- the version and build number of Intervals in use (e.g., version 2.2 build 112)
- your device type (e.g., iPad7,3)
- the version of iOS you are running (e.g., iPadOS 15.7)
This information can be helpful in responding to issues, but you can delete any of these items can be deleted before sending the EMail.
